WHAT CONDITIONS DO YOU TREAT?
Musculoskeletal conditions. For example, acute injuries or the niggle you have had for a long time. This could be anything from joint injuries such as neck, back, shoulder, knee etc, sprained muscles, ergonomic issues and pre or post op rehabilitation.
DO YOU SEE NON 'SPORTY' PEOPLE?
Absolutely! I am keen and happy to see people of all ages and abilities.
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Get in contact via phone, email or the 'contact us' page on this website and we aim to get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
No, but if your GP or Consultant has advised you to seek Physiotherapy then it would be helpful for you to bring with you any information you have from them. Following your consultation it may be helpful for your Physio to discuss things with your Doctor, but they will not do this without your permission.
WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?
In order to fully assess you there will be a clinical examination during your appointment. This requires the Physio to see, palpate (touch) the area as well as watching you move. It is therefore important that you dress appropriately so it would be helpful for you to bring shorts or a vest top for example. If you are uncomfortable with any of this, including undressing, then please discuss this with your Physio. You may bring a family member or friend if that is helpful or you can request a chaperone.
DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE?
I am not registered with any insurance companies yet, but will be looking to do this very soon.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE APPOINTMENT?
Currently, this will be by cash, cheque or BACS transfer. You will be required to pay at the time of your appointment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ATTEND OR MISS AN APPOINTMENT?
It is understandable that there may be an occasion that you may not be able to attend your appointment. However, please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to do this then you will be charged the full amount.
If you miss an appointment then you will be charged the full amount.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
You will be sent information regarding access to the clinic and parking with your appointment details.
