How We Can Help

Whether you have an acute injury or a problem which has been niggling for a while, your Physio will take time to listen to your story and medical history to understand the root of your problem. Accompanied by a clinical assessment, we then create an individualised treatment plan aimed at achieving your goals.

Whether you are new to exercise or an elite athlete, your Physio aims to help you manage your sporting injury so that you can return to your activity, whilst also thinking about injury prevention strategies and ways to optimise your performance.

An important area of Physiotherapy is in the prevention of injuries as well as managing them. We can discuss strategies and produce a 'prehabilitation' programme which can reduce the risk of injury and help to optimise performance.

Becky is trained in Pilates through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and can provide one to one sessions or a six-week online beginners Pilates course which can be tailored to your needs.

Who We Are

Becky is an experienced clinician who is constantly learning and developing her knowledge. She therefore uses the most current, evidence-based assessment and management techniques to help people recover from injury and achieve their goals and movement potential. This includes 'hands on' skills, rehabilitation as well as education and advice about the cause of your problem and how to manage it now and in the future.

Becky is passionate about Physiotherapy and empowering her patients to achieve their goals, whether that is winning a medal at the World Championships or being able to do everyday life activities successfully. The common theme across all patients is movement. That could be moving as efficiently as possible, or even simply to get moving!

Being friendly, approachable and supportive in delivering a high quality service are crucial goals for this clinic.
